Comments: Southern Wisconsin targets probably very good, northern Wisconsin targets partially obscured (but occasionally some clear patches; pilot reports seeing the ground most of the time). Idaho probably too cloudy. West coast was clear, possibly even over Portland, OR. CPL and CATS also used during this flight.
